An app that streams vertical mini-series made of 1 to 2 minute episodes. According to Wikipedia's duanju article, a series can run from 20 to 100 episodes. The first episodes are free, then each episode costs coins or you buy a VIP plan that unlocks everything for a week, a month or a year.

No. Apple and Google both bill subscriptions through your account, not the app. Google says it directly: uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

Cancel where you subscribed, not in the app. On iPhone, go to Settings, your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, go to subscriptions in Google Play, select the plan and tap Cancel subscription. Deleting ReelShort does not cancel the plan, since Apple and Google bill it through your account.

There is no single best app. It depends on which shows you watch and how you like to pay. The best short drama apps ranking compares them on price, free episodes, catalogue size, ads and how hard each is to cancel.
