NetShort: Price, Free Episodes, Is It Worth It?

What is NetShort?

NetShort is a phone catalog of short, serialized dramas. Download it free, pick a series, and look at the paywall before you commit to coins or a recurring plan. The listing leads with romance, revenge, mystery and fantasy. The catalog and access rules can change inside the app, so the store description doesn't promise your show is there.

Who makes NetShort?

The US App Store names NETSTORY PTE. LTD. as seller, and its Google Play developer details give a Singapore address. NETSTORY is the company to look for on a listing or receipt. The listing doesn't show the parent company. For a cross-app view, read who owns short-drama apps.

How much does NetShort cost?

The US App Store lists in-app purchases from $6.99 to $29.99. Your device may show a different offer. Apple shows only some in-app purchases, and some labels leave out the billing period or what you get. These are the distinct entries shown, checked October 3, 2026:

The listing describes VIP benefits including no ads, HD playback and offline viewing. Some of its purchase labels say Weekly VIP. The one-time purchase labels don't say how many coins you get. Read the checkout screen for the renewal interval, tax and exactly what you get. The NetShort price guide separates what is public from what you can only confirm in the app.

How do coins and VIP work?

Coins are the in-app currency that can unlock single paywall episodes. VIP is a recurring or time-limited plan that unlocks episodes. The listing doesn't always say how many coins an episode costs, whether bonus coins expire, or whether a plan covers every title. Compare the offer in your app with the number of locked episodes left. Compare short-drama app prices before treating any weekly offer as good value.

How can you watch NetShort free?

NetShort says some series are free, and the Google Play listing marks the app as containing ads. It depends on the show. Start with the free content NetShort offers in the app or on its own channel. If an episode asks for coins, look at the reward or ad options in the app and their limits. Avoid sites that copy episodes or promise free coins. The NetShort free-viewing guide covers lawful routes.

Is NetShort safe to use?

Install from Apple or Google Play, check the named developer, and read the store's privacy information and age rating before you create an account. Is NetShort safe? covers billing, privacy and scam claims, and what short drama apps collect compares the privacy labels. A store rating is user feedback, not a security audit or a billing guarantee. How do you cancel and request a refund?

These are the current Apple cancellation instructions, Google cancellation instructions, Apple refund instructions and Google refund instructions, checked September 28, 2026. If a plan isn't listed, check the Apple or Google account on the receipt before you assume it ended.

How do you avoid an unexpected renewal?

Before you accept a NetShort offer, read the renewal period and the next charge date on the checkout screen. A weekly plan can renew before you finish the next series. Write down the billing account on the receipt, because that account controls cancelling and any refund request. If the offer is a one-time purchase, check what it actually unlocks.

You can cancel a store-billed subscription as soon as you know you don't want another term. Google says access generally lasts through the paid period after cancellation. Apple says the absence of a Cancel button or a red expiration message means the subscription is already canceled. Check the final subscription screen, then keep the receipt and cancellation confirmation. If the charge came from the publisher's own website, use that merchant's account and support route. It won't be in Apple or Google.

What shows is NetShort known for?

An award entry shows where a title was credited in that cycle, not that it streams there now.

How does NetShort compare with another app?

Compare the series first, then the price of finishing it and the renewal date. NetShort's purchase choices are above. Another app may have a different catalog or free route. See the short-drama app comparison for a wider choice, or apps like NetShort for close alternatives. Keep the checkout screen as the final price source.
