DramaBox Customer Service and Refunds
For DramaBox customer service, start with the contact information on its current App Store or Google Play listing. If the problem is an Apple or Google charge, cancel renewal in that billing account and request a refund through the store. A message to the app alone does not cancel a store subscription.

Which DramaBox contact routes are verified?
The US Google Play listing or US App Store listing publishes feedback@dramabox.com, checked 2026-09-28. Contact addresses can change, so check the live listing before you send. In-app menus also change between versions. Use the Help, Feedback or Contact option if your app shows one. Do not call a phone number from a search result unless the app or its developer lists it too.
| Route | Best for | Check first |
|---|---|---|
| In-app Help or Feedback | Playback, missing coins, account access | Current menu name in your app version. |
| Store-listed support contact | A written record of a billing or content problem | The current developer contact on the listing. |
| Apple refund portal | A purchase billed by Apple | The Apple receipt and Apple Account. |
| Google Play refund flow | A purchase billed by Google | The Google order ID and paying Google Account. |
An app's social profile may answer a general question by direct message. Do not send purchase documents or account details there. Keep billing requests in the app's support channel or the store's signed-in refund flow.
What should your support request say?
Send a short, specific report. Say what went wrong, which title and episode, when it happened, and what you expected to see. For a paid issue, include the store order number, amount, charge date, device type and the email on the DramaBox account. Name what you paid for: VIP (the recurring plan that unlocks episodes) or coins (the in-app currency for single episodes). A screenshot of the error or transaction can help. Cover any unrelated card details before attaching it.
| Include | Example of the detail needed |
|---|---|
| Purchase identifier | Apple or Google order number from the receipt. |
| Transaction | Date, amount and currency shown on the receipt. |
| Account | Email used in the app and store, if different. |
| Problem | Renewal after cancellation, missing VIP, missing coins or playback failure. |
| Requested fix | Restore access, correct the balance, or explain a charge. |
Keep the request factual. If you are asking for a refund, say whether you have already canceled renewal. Do not email a password, sign-in code, full card number or identity document. Save a copy of your message and any reply. You will have a record if the store later asks what you tried.
How do you stop billing while waiting for a reply?
Use Apple's current subscription steps if your receipt is from Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DramaBox → Cancel Subscription. For Google Play, open Subscriptions, choose DramaBox, tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts. Google's help page says deleting the app does not cancel the plan. A support ticket does not cancel it either. Check the account for a cancelled status or an expiration date.
If you do not see DramaBox, check the account named on the receipt. Apple says Family Sharing purchases may appear under a family member's Apple Account, and only that account holder can cancel the subscription. Google advises checking other signed-in Google Accounts. If neither store billed you, ask the merchant shown on the receipt or statement for its cancellation route. The DramaBox cancellation guide has the full checklist.
How do you request a refund if DramaBox does not answer?
Whoever processed the payment decides the refund. Apple says some purchases may be eligible. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com, choose I'd like to → Request a refund, choose a reason, select the charge and submit. Apple's instructions say it normally sends an update after review. A refund is not automatic.
Google's in-app purchase refund policy says a request within 48 hours may qualify, depending on the purchase. After 48 hours, contact the developer. Use the Google refund flow for a Google-billed purchase and keep its order number. If VIP access or coins failed to appear, also contact the app's verified support route. A store cannot fix a charge it did not process.
Why is DramaBox not working?
You can fix most playback and loading problems on the phone without contacting support. Work through the steps in order and test the app after each one.
| Step | iPhone or iPad | Android |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Force the app to close, then open it again | Restart the phone |
| 2 | Restart the device | Update DramaBox in Google Play |
| 3 | Update DramaBox in the App Store, then iOS | Settings, Apps, DramaBox, Force stop |
| 4 | Delete and reinstall the app | Storage & cache, then Clear cache |
Apple's steps are in if an app stops responding or won't open and Google's in fix an installed Android app that isn't working. Clearing storage or reinstalling can remove data saved on the device. Sign in to your DramaBox account first. If the app still fails, email the store-listed support address with your device, app version and the title that will not play.
Where can you compare the charge before reporting it?
The DramaBox price page lists visible US store offers. Your receipt and checkout screen show what you actually bought. The DramaBox overview explains coins versus a recurring plan, and the DramaBox review sums up what store reviewers complain about.
