Why is Melolo missing from my subscriptions?

First identify the merchant on the receipt or card statement. Apple's help says that if Apple did not bill the purchase, you contact the company that did. The public Melolo pages don't show a confirmed direct-billing cancel path, so this page doesn't offer an in-app menu as one.

If a charge is not in Apple or Google Play, contact the merchant shown on your receipt and ask it to stop renewal. Keep the order number, purchase date, account email and response. Melolo's Google Play listing names a support contact. That doesn't mean support can cancel every kind of payment.

What happens to VIP time and unused coins?

VIP is the paid plan that unlocks episodes. Google says a cancelled Play subscription stays usable for the time already paid, then stops renewing. Check the date in Play subscriptions. Neither Melolo listing explains what happens to unused paid items or reward balances after a plan ends. Coins are the in-app currency for single episodes. Request a Melolo refund from the store that charged you. Cancelling stops a renewal. It does not reverse a purchase you already made.
