What app is Pucked by My Hockey Rival on?
DramaWave. Two DramaWave pages carry the title: a preview page for the main title and a Season 2 landing page. Both name Owen and David. This guide trusts those publisher pages over any clip.

What is Pucked by My Hockey Rival about?
It is a hockey romance between two rivals, going by the title. The setup below comes from DramaWave's indexed publisher description, which is what a search engine stored from the preview page. A direct fetch of that page on October 23, 2026 returned only a script shell, so the text could not be re-read on the live page.
That description turns on a love letter that gets read the wrong way, with Owen and David at its center. Nothing further is described here. The Season 2 page carries its own plot text, which this guide leaves out to avoid spoilers.
What is the Season 2 page?
It is a separate DramaWave landing page under the same series name. Its address marks it as a coming-soon page. It names Owen, David and Emma, and its data includes an episode figure and listing fields. None of that is a release date. It also does not show whether any episode plays in your account, or how long the main title runs. Treat it as an announcement page, and check the DramaWave app for what you can actually play.
Who are the characters?
The DramaWave pages give first names only. Each lead has a short guide on this site:
- Owen in Pucked by My Hockey Rival: one half of the rival pair.
- David in Pucked by My Hockey Rival: the other half.
Emma appears on the Season 2 page. This guide does not describe her role. The only source read for her is that page's plot text, which is left out here.
What does the TikTok show?
The TikTok by @yuuu.uu.u runs about 84 seconds. It introduces three couples as AI short-drama characters, then moves into a magazine-shoot and late-night talk-show setup. These are approximate times from the capture checked October 23, 2026:
| Time | What appears |
|---|---|
| 00:06 to 00:09 | Owen and David, paired with Pucked by My Hockey Rival |
| 00:40 to 01:00 | Owen with Danny from Man to Man, talking about an airport encounter, hockey, skating and running backwards |
In that later segment, Owen appears with Danny, not David. The clip does not establish a series pairing between Owen and Danny. DramaWave pairs Owen with David, and ReelShort pairs Danny with Javi. The clip is creator-posted content, and the talk-show host is not named. Nothing in it shows a real interview or broadcast. Do not use it as evidence of cast, canon or a real appearance.
Is Pucked by My Hockey Rival an AI drama?
Not confirmed. The only AI claim is the creator's spoken description in the TikTok. No TikTok AI label was verified on the video. The DramaWave pages checked for this guide list no cast and say nothing about how the series was made. Neither gap settles the question. Compare faces, hands and lip sync in any episode you can play. The AI cast vs human dramas guide explains what to look for.
How do you tell it apart from similar titles?
Pucked by My Hockey Rival is not the only hockey romance in short drama. How to Dump a Hockey Star, for one, is a different series on ReelShort. Check these points:
- The app is DramaWave.
- The title includes "Pucked".
- The leads are Owen and David.
- You know whether you are on the main title or the Season 2 landing page.
The TikTok's third pair comes from Royal Blood and Mafia Knight, which has no confirmed app. If a clip has no watermark, the what app is this short drama on guide covers other clues.
Is it on YouTube?
DramaWave's channel has an upload connected to the title, based on its indexed listing. A direct read showed no description, so this guide cannot say whether it is a trailer, a compilation or more. Do not assume the whole series is free there or in every region. Uploads on other channels are not DramaWave's.
